Project Manager

Due to continued customer demand we require a project manager to work closely with our internal teams to manage and deliver cutting edge projects for our customers. Marketing Agency experience is essential. The role will involve many aspects including the below:

  • Coordinate and work closely with our designers
  • Successfully deliver projects according to agreed scope, timelines and budget.
  • Able to communicate requirements clearly
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills
  • Be able to anticipate challenges and plan for how to stop them happening before they are an issue
  • Confident and comfortable working with customers and suppliers
  • Able to identify and push back on scope creep where necessary

Role will include:

  • Creating and delivering project plans and revising where necessary
  • Coordinate suppliers and designers based on the clients requirements
  • Creative agency experience would be beneficial
  • Coordinate all resources

Required skills:

  • Experience managing marketing and design projects
  • Understanding of the B2B IT industry
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working with clients, in an agency environment

PPC & Social Media campaign manager. Ninja-level SEO copywriter, strategist and auditor.

You will be responsible for managing our client’s campaigns from inception through to implementation, optimisation and reporting; with the ability to call on additional resource from the agency team when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Setting up and optimising paid search, display and social campaigns
  • Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
  • Create and manage ad campaigns using Match2one, Adroll, Taboola and other Programmatic Advertising platforms

Required skills:

  • Proven experience as a PPC executive or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; Google certified

Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join us in our Basingstoke studio.
You’ll need an impressive track record of working within an agency and a passion for design and creativity.
A strategic thinker demonstrating experience across a broad range of design disciplines with a clear understanding of B2B marketing processes.

Role will include:

  • You must be an excellent conceptual thinker, with experience of overseeing design projects through the studio and creating innovative commercial designs
  • You need to be a confident, effective communicator who’s passionate about the design process
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and work with external suppliers and processes
  • Maintain our clients brand standards across all creative deliverables
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members


  • BA or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
  • At least 5 years of industry experience
  • Possess an impressive portfolio
  • Experience working to tight timescales in an agency environment
  • Experience of liaising with internal teams, clients and suppliers
  • Experience of print & digital design
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic design graduate or similar who’s keen to learn in a busy agency environment.
Working alongside our creative team, you will have the opportunity to work an a wide variety of projects in different design disciplines from print, web & digital to animation and video production.

Role includes:

  • Participate in creating design solutions and bring fresh ideas to creative briefs
  • Assisting with artwork creation
  • Layout of in-house presentations and proposals
  • Assisting on video shoots
  • Producing creative for Social Media


  • BA, HND or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating a range of skills and creativity
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
