Project Manager

Due to continued customer demand we require a project manager to work closely with our internal teams to manage and deliver cutting edge projects for our customers. Marketing Agency experience is essential. The role will involve many aspects including the below:

  • Coordinate and work closely with our designers
  • Successfully deliver projects according to agreed scope, timelines and budget.
  • Able to communicate requirements clearly
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills
  • Be able to anticipate challenges and plan for how to stop them happening before they are an issue
  • Confident and comfortable working with customers and suppliers
  • Able to identify and push back on scope creep where necessary

Role will include:

  • Creating and delivering project plans and revising where necessary
  • Coordinate suppliers and designers based on the clients requirements
  • Creative agency experience would be beneficial
  • Coordinate all resources
  • Oversee project scope, timelines

  • Status updates communicated regularly

Required skills:

  • Experience managing marketing and design projects
  • Understanding of the B2B IT industry
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working with clients, in an agency environment

PPC & Social Media campaign manager. Ninja-level SEO copywriter, strategist and auditor.

You will be responsible for managing our client’s campaigns from inception through to implementation, optimisation and reporting; with the ability to call on additional resource from the agency team when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Setting up and optimising paid search, display and social campaigns
  • Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
  • Create and manage ad campaigns using Match2one, Adroll, Taboola and other Programmatic Advertising platforms

Required skills:

  • Proven experience as a PPC executive or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; Google certified

The successful candidate will be a dedicated marketing professional and will work with our team to ensure the execution of high-quality marketing strategies, whilst also taking full-on responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing an overall marketing strategy that drives profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.

Job role will include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Marketing Strategist
  • Experience of working within a Marketing agency
  • IT channel knowledge desirable
  • MA in Marketing or similar relevant field
  • CIM qualified
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Lead Generation campaigns and brand awareness campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Ability to create strategies that work with small scale budgets as well as large scale budgets
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude

Creative Artworker

We are looking for a creative artworker to join our team. Working closely within our creative team, you will have the opportunity to work an a wide variety of projects in different design disciplines through print, web & digital projects. You must be able to deliver accurate, high quality artwork whilst under pressure working to tight deadlines.

Role includes:

  • Creation of artwork for client campaigns
  • Ensuring artwork is produced to a high standard with attention to detail
  • Ensuring artwork is correct to our clients brand requirements
  • Layout of in-house presentations and proposals

You will have:

  • 2-3 years agency or design department experience
  • A higher education qualification in Graphic Design or similar
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating a range of skills and creativity
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite with focus on InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Professional level skills using Microsoft Powerpoint and Word
